Purchase and rental agreements for apartments in the NO. 44 offer are concluded directly with the owner. NO. 44 is the brand of this offer; Złota 44 is the name of the building at ul. Złota 44 in Warsaw.
3.Nature of the information on the Website
Information about the apartments, including prices, floor areas, floor plans, photographs and descriptions, is provided for information purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into an agreement (Article 71 of the Civil Code). Prices and availability may change; binding terms, including the price of a specific apartment, are presented at a viewing and in the agreement. Floor plans and visualizations are indicative, and floor areas are stated according to the building documentation.
4.Terms of providing services by electronic means
4.1 The service provider is PropVestor Sp. z o.o. (section 1). These terms govern the use of the no44.pl website, including the contact form, and are made available free of charge before the services are used.
4.2 The services provided by electronic means comprise access to the Website content (information about the building, the apartments and the terms of sale and rental) and the contact form for sending an inquiry. The services are free of charge. The service agreement is concluded when you enter the Website or send the form and ends when you leave the Website or your inquiry has been handled.
4.3 To use the Website you need a device with Internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled. To send the form you must provide your name, e-mail address and message. The form is protected against abuse (submission limits, anti-spam measures).
4.4 Providing unlawful content, in particular content infringing the rights of third parties, and interfering with the operation of the Website is prohibited.
4.5 Complaints about the operation of the Website or the form may be sent to info@no44.pl. We handle them within 14 days of receipt and reply to the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent.
4.6 The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
4.7 These terms may be amended for important reasons, in particular when the law or the scope of services changes. An amendment takes effect when the new version is published on the Website.
5.Copyright
The content of the Website, including texts, photographs, floor plans, graphics, videos and the NO. 44 logo, is protected by copyright and related rights. Copying and distributing the content without the consent of PropVestor Sp. z o.o. is not permitted, except for personal use allowed by law.
6.External links and liability
The Website may contain links to external websites (for example Google Maps or the website of Studio Libeskind) whose content we do not control and for which we are not responsible. We make every effort to keep the information on the Website current and accurate, but we do not guarantee its completeness; the terms agreed in the agreement are binding.
7.Consumers: out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including mediation or the permanent arbitration court at the competent regional inspector of the Trade Inspection, and the free assistance of the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Details: uokik.gov.pl.
