We offer 72 apartments for long-term rental in the Z\u0142ota 44 building in Warsaw. However, in the current pandemic situation, customer needs are changing significantly. Therefore, we decided to allocate eight of our apartments for shorter rental, the so-called medium-term rental for a period of 2 to 5 months. Shortening the rental period is an ideal proposition for people who go on frequent business trips or come to Warsaw for business purposes.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Each apartment is furnished, equipped and ready to move in, and the rental price includes not only cable TV and internet, but also access to an exclusive 25-meter swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, well-equipped gym, massage room, golf simulator and private cinema room.<\/p>\n
